THE RESTORATION ECONOMY

Introducing the Restoration Economy

The Restoration Economy is an economic paradigm where wealth is generated by the regeneration of the landscape rather than its extraction. It posits that ecological integrity is a primary capital asset, yet acknowledges that such an asset is only as resilient as the people and communities that manage it.

Consequently, this model integrates nature-based livelihoods along with holistic child development and change leadership as core economic drivers. By employing the intersection of technology, science and indigenous wisdom, the restoration economy model pays out dividends of environmental healing in the form of perennial income, climate resilience and social dignity for local communities.
